A Time to Give Thanks

Glenn (middle) with some super hero volunteers at our Waffles for Wishes networking event this summer.
The Holiday Season is here and I’m overcome with gratitude for each and every one of our rockstar volunteers!

From fairy unicorn wishes, golf tournaments, grand wish reveals and events like the Henry Kapono Concert, our Give Wishes Wings campaign kick-off, the Waffles for Wishes networking brunch and many more, our volunteers do anything and everything to support our mission. We also have volunteers who stand on the front lines of each and every wish. Wish granting volunteers dedicate their time and efforts to discovering a child's one true wish and are a source of joy during a difficult time.

You, our volunteers, represent the heart of our mission. Every smile you bring, every spark of hope you inspire and every ounce of strength you instill in our wish kids and their families make a lasting impact and are deeply appreciated!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I just want to thank you for your hearts and hands in perpetuating our mission to touch the lives of keiki throughout Hawaii. We cannot thank you enough for your time and treasure the talent that you have invested to help make a difference in our community. On behalf of our wish families, past, present and future, and our Make-A-Wish Hawaii ohana, MAHALO!
